Our Story
Pineapple Bars was created by four close friends and family members with years of experience delivering successful pop-up bars across the weddings and events space.
Combining a background in hospitality with a passion for creativity and design, we wanted to take everything we loved about great bar experiences and bring it into the world of mobile bars.
We are inspired by the kind of hidden bars you find tucked away on side streets in Soho or Kreuzberg — full of character, atmosphere and exceptional cocktails. That same sense of style, energy and soul sits at the heart of everything we do. From the way our bars look to the way they feel to be around, Pineapple Bars is all about creating memorable spaces that bring people together.

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge from across the hospitality industry, having built and led successful teams in restaurants, bars and hotels. With exceptional management skills and a natural talent for customer relations, she plays a key role in ensuring every Pineapple Bars event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Before moving fully into hospitality, Laura worked in the corporate world in management, experience that helped shape her organised, calm and highly professional approach. Today, she is the driving force behind keeping everything on track, running a tight ship and making sure Pineapple Bars delivers an outstanding experience every time.

Ben has always been surrounded by creativity. Coming from a family with backgrounds in fashion, interior design and garden design, he developed a natural appreciation for aesthetics, atmosphere and the details that make something feel special.
After many years in the corporate world, Ben brought that experience into the weddings and events industry, where he has been involved in building, creating and running bars for a successful privately owned estate. With a strong eye for design and a real passion for customer experience, Ben helps shape the look, feel and personality of Pineapple Bars.

Alex shares the same creative family background at the heart of Pineapple Bars, bringing with him a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to design and build. With experience in construction and garden design, he is the person behind much of the practical work that brings our bars to life. From building and maintaining the bars to delivering them to site and ensuring they always look their absolute best, Alex plays an essential role in making sure every Pineapple Bars setup feels polished, professional and ready to impress.

Charlie comes from the same creative family background that sits at the heart of Pineapple Bars. Surrounded by influences from fashion, interior design and business, he developed a natural eye for style, detail and creating things that leave a lasting impression. He is also the founder of a highly successful garden design and maintenance company, working with high-profile clients and major restaurants across the UK. As the fourth partner in Pineapple Bars, Charlie brings a wealth of experience in design, networking and business development, adding another important layer to the team behind the brand
